Party and banquet menu

For parties of 24 or more, we close the restaurant and the whole place is yours.

$75.00 per person. Soda and mineral water are included. Everything is halal, and everything comes out family style, which is how Uzbek food is meant to be eaten. Nobody sits waiting for their own plate.

Start with

A mix of, or your choice from: avocado salad, spring salad, combination dip platter, assorted pickle platter.

Appetizers

Potato with mushrooms, fried pelmeni, Uzbek plov, samsa.

Entree

A mix of chicken kebab, beef kebab, beef Napoleon, lamb kebab, lulya kebab and mixed vegetable kebab. Served family style.

Add-ons, priced per person on top of the $75

Lamb chops added to the entree: $10

Fish added to the entree: $5

Soup added to the menu: $5

Cake, coffee and tea: $10

Children under 10

$25.00 per person. They share the appetizers with the adults, and get chicken fingers and french fries for their entree.

What it works out to

At 24 guests, the smallest party we close the restaurant for, the food comes to $1,800 before add-ons. Every guest after that is another $75, and children under 10 are $25 each. We would rather you knew that before you called than after.

Groups under 24

Under 24 guests there is no package and no per-person price. You order from our regular menu, the same as any other table, and you pay for what you order. We will still seat you in the private dining room and still help you plan what to order for the table. Uzbek food is built for sharing, so a group of fifteen usually does best ordering family style: salads and samsa to start, then plov and a spread of skewers down the middle.

Booking

Dates are first come, first served, and we take one party at a time. If the evening is already carrying reservations we cannot close the restaurant around them, so call early. A week of notice is the minimum we would recommend for a party this size.

The deposit is 10% of the estimated total, and it is refundable with 48 hours notice. You are welcome to bring your own cake at no charge.

Free street parking on and around Strickland Avenue, and we are a few minutes off the Belt Parkway.

We are closed Mondays. Tuesday to Thursday we are open 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Friday to Sunday 11:30 AM to 10:30 PM.
